Hi Steve,

Graham's mod is a far better link of the rudder and wheel then foreseen by
Europa. Graham uses a push rod for the rudder (as per the Mk1 design) which goes
---From a pivoting segment piece fixed on the rear bulkhead and also links the
cables for the wheel directly from this segment piece inside the fuselage
(instead of outside as per Europa). This is a far better arrangement then fixing
the cables left and right of the rudder. With Graham's mod you will also conceal
the springs in the fuselage and hence have a cleaner and more aerodynamic
arrangement.
As far as I have seen at different air shows here in Europe (Cranfield, Epinal
etc) a great number of flying Europas have fitted this mod and are all very
pleased. Graham's parts are of excellent quality and workmanship, are easy to
install with excellent instructions/drawings & fotos.

Although I believe the original Europa kit is (almost) perfect in it's design,
I
would definitely consider this mod as a great improvement in design, look and
aerodynamics! Have fitted mine now since two years and over 200h; works
perfectly.

I'm sure Graham can send you more info and maybe also some pictures.

happy building...
