Paul,
I placed the turnbuckles forward of the Stabilator Weight ply support
and well aft of the baggage bulkhead to allow easy access for
alterations through the 'D' access panel. I did a Bid Layup on the floor
under the turnbuckles to prevent ware and tear from the buckles.
