Another advantage of a 'twin' tank is that it gives you options if your fuel 
filter
gets blocked - which has happened to me (on the ground at least).

I have precisely that system Richard (MGL FF1), although also connected to a 
red-cube
fuel flow meter, and it is superbly accurate.
