you can also put a 12mm dia Gardena PVC tube in the tank via the filler neck.
Improves dramatically the venting while filling up!

Concerning the vent tube, there is a mod to have it end at the  top forward 
front
of the tank (basicaly a ca 25cm long aluminium tube which is glued into the alu
piece). You can than fix the Gardena tube onto this alu tube and have it end 
also
at the top front end of the tank.
Filling up the tank (80 ltrs) will then take just four to five minutes minutes,
instead of  the 15-20  min with lots of spilling it took me before.....
