Europa-List: Re: switch for Flap motor

I would really like to change my hold up or down flap buttons for a 3 position
switch. Retraction or full deployment takes around 12 secs which is way too long
to have your hands off the throttle. 

Does anybody have information on how to modify the standard arrangement?
