The answer to the question is actually simple....

Take the cabin doors off before flight.  Europa have been demonstrated to fly 
well
without doors in multiple incidents in the dim past ;)

Eject TP upward and outboard to avoid empennage.


Hey Ron, does the question imply that you are nearing project completion?
