I have no information ref: flying with doors off the Europa for the purposes
which you have in mind but I was always told by the factory that there
should be a maximum air speed limit applied of 110 knots when doing so for
photographic purposes.

The answer to the question is actually simple....
Take the cabin doors off before flight. Europa have been demonstrated to
fly well without doors in multiple incidents in the dim past ;)
Eject TP upward and outboard to avoid empennage.
