Good point Jos,
  however, all UK Europas are not grounded, they have just given us some 
fairly tight criteria to consider.

one tailplane pin was bent 90 degrees?!

How steep is the dive to reach Vne without power and was the radar speed 
calculated to take into account wind and angle of dive?
