yes but a very basic one, a Vee on its side for the leading edge and a pad to
rest on the top surface at the trailing edge. The bit in between is not so
influencial
in roll anyway,
The plans described root template is not particularly accurate either, it
doesn't
show the reflex at the TE that the CAD coordinates show. I always go for the
maximum possible retraction of the flaps, slightly up if possible, gives a
better
cruise
