Fred,

I like your saying. Having given it some thought, I think it suits my  
approach also. Otherwise we'd all be flying Cessna 172's. 

What part of the NorthWest are these guys working in? Did they make it to  
Arlington this past season? Do they plan on being there this coming July?

I think that when anyone comes up with a new way of doing things there is  
always a healthy bit of skepticism from those that have gone before and a good

deal of wariness of those coming up. I think this might come across as 
naysaying  from an entrenched rival and those that support it, but it is well 
meant

and, I  believe, necessary so that all what-ifs and what-abouts come to the  
table so people can make an honest evaluation. I think that this will  
ultimately provide us with enough alternatives in power plants that the prices
may get 
a bit more competitive.
