I was thinking of installing two MS21078 (not 21047) nut plates "bass-
ackwards"   in the aft bulkhead.  Install two hardware-store (need the
threads) 3/16" bolts with the tops of the heads rounded a bit.  The bolt heads
meet projections on the bellcrank arm. Adjust the bolts to suit later.

Not my original idea by the way; that's what they do on Grumman-American
singles.  Works for my other plane.

 just cutting metal for Graham's version right now.

 How are you determining the stop position? Graham's arm is quite intricately 
 shaped so that it hits the stops at the correct point.
