Exactly my thoughts first time I flew a tri gear. However, when shove came
to push it wasn't a problem, On take off the rudder is effective as soon as
power is applied even in the crosswind. on landing there was plenty of time
to decide when to transition to brakes. It did seem a bit clumsy though ,
so I'm pleased they are doing the change.
