Mike,

Whilst most are Icom 200's, the problem does not seem to be limited to them. 
Fred F is suggesting an antenna problem, maybe one which unique to the 
manual's installation procedure.
At this time there are suggestions to offset the problem, but we have not 
identified a positive fix.
