Dear Paul,

It sounds like you discovered (too late) the change to the push-rod lengths that
was advised in the Issue 32 (December 2001) Newsletter.

Rather than scrap the push-rods, there is a straightforward way to recover them.
If you contact me directly (e-mail address below) with your address or a fax
number I shall send you the information straight away.

My records show that your kit contact name is Richard Tuckwell. Also there is
another name associated with your project, Hugh Carmichael. After a quick
check,
it seems that you may be a partner in the group, or have you bought the kit?
It could be that as the Newsletter is sent to the main contact member of the
group, you may not be getting sight of it an therefore missing out on this
important source of information. Please let me know so that I can update my
records.

Best Regards
Andy Draper

Have just spent hours cutting filing and drilling the door latch push rods,
according to the instructions in my build manual. Now discover there are
amended dimensions, and my push rods are 4mm too short. Before either
fitting them or throwing them away to start again, any one done the same and
what were the consequenses if any.
