Bill,
I mounted the servo under the right
seat, in the thigh locker closest to the tunnel.
I mounted the servo to a plywood plate
that is attached to the face of the thigh
locker with the cotrol arm of the servo
just sticking out. I bolted a piece of angle
stock to the stick yoke and bolted the
rod end supplied by Navaid to it.
I then fabricated a cover for the
servo arm and linkage to keep the
passenger's feet, etc. out of them.
We have not yet flown yet, so
I have no feedback on how well
the installation works. The stick
does oscillate when the auto pilot
is engaged, but I am told that is
normal when there are no flight
loads on the ailerons.
