IMHO it makes more sense to fit a removeable bulkhead at the rear of the 
wheel slot. I made it curved to wrap round the wheel. It pays at a later 
date, flying from muddy fields, to have a mudguard above the wheel so don't 
make it so tight there's no room for it.
