Hi all,
It is a funny thing because I have never had a problem with the original des
ign. No door deformations have occurred, opens as designed, and occasionally
in windy situations comes down which one is aware of and can happen to any d
esign.
The secret I believe is the bonding of the perplex into the window frame bei
ng done correctly.
Leaving a gap between the perplex and the frame is essential for it to be ab
le to expand even with redux filler. Both windows and doors fitted in situ w
ith door handle locks in place and with bands wrapped around the entire fuse
lage to hold it in place. Worked for me.

Cheers,
Tim
