William, I don't pretend to know the solution but another thing that could be a source of the problem is the positioning of the drive stud on the aileron onto which the push rod connects. This positioning is critical in order to get enough throw on the ailerons. Bud may be able to suggest an easy method to check this if indeed he agrees with my thoughts.
