The two FAA Advisory Circulars which pertain to the installation of 
seat belts and shoulder straps are AC21-34 and AC43-12.2A.  They can be 
downloaded from the FAA website.  If you have trouble finding them or 
downloading them, let me know and I can e-mail copies of them to you.
