Hi! All.
I used (I would say with good clear effect!) yellow adhesive tape with black
printing produced by an electronic labeller. My neighbour is an electrical
contractor and amongst other things produces electrical panels for factories
control systems. I believe the kit is called a "Brother". The type size and
style is very variable and although the tape is about 1/2" wide with a pair
of small sissors the labels can be sized to suit. Anyone interested in more
detailed name of the kit mail me direct and I'll research the full name and
supplier. (Too expensive for an individual to justify but the Europa Club
may be interested?) Otherwise if you can find one local to you you could get
some labels produced as you require.
Regards
Bob Harrison.
PS I'll attach a photo of part of my panel for you to visit on the
http://www.crix.org.freeserve.co.uk/europa/htm support site if John
Cliff/Jeremy Davey will kindly oblige? You will need to magnify the picture
to 100% (which incurrs some fuzz unfortunately) then scroll arround
particularly to find the Aircraft Limitations and the hand brake items which
are in black and white.

Have you tried a proper laminating process rather than the lacquer ?

Use thin-ish laminating material and keep it square through the machine so
it doesn't end up with a twist or a curl.

Engine to be started for the first time this week. Wings in the paint shop.
Airmaster AD to be performed tomorrow (fill void with setting gunge).
registration confirmed by the CAA.
