For what it's worth, I stumbled across this page

AOA device.
It looks suspiciously like the result of reverse engineering, so one would need
to be cautious about infringing someone's Intellectual Property, but it might
be a starting point for people who want to experiment with AOA/Lift reserve
without
spending large amounts of money. I may do this, but have been convinced
by the messages to date that wing strips and the stall warner are the first two
things to fit.
