We had good experience with Castrol GPS, a semisyntethic motoroil for 4
stroke bikes (10W-40). Use this oil if you will use unleaded auto gas
most of your flying (i.e. 70% of the time). If you will use avgas more
than 30%, than use mineral oil for motorcycles only (good experience
with BP motorcycle oil).
If you will fly only on unleaded autogas you can also use the full
syntethic Castrol RS superbike.

For breaking in the engine, during the first 25 hours we also used the
mineral motorcycle oil (BP 4T, 5W-50)

The coolant should be 50-60% glycol (Castrol or similar) and 40-50%
water.
