I am no expert. I am just passing on what is written in the Rotax
Bulletins. I speculate that owners of race cars are not looking for 2000
hours engine life nor do they care quite so passionately about engine
reliability as aircraft owners. In any event it is often a dangerous
precident to assume that just because something is OK in one form of
transport it is appropriate in another.
