Thanks for the fast response followed by your note to the Europa-Mail.
Personally I have time to wait for a possible solution from the company, but
have a tendency to file open the upper holes in the TP6 and lower holes in
the TP4 into a slot forward and backward. The pip pin collar will be large
enough not to fall through, and the bottom TP6 hole will, as presently, stop
the spring loaded safety balls from the pip pin.

This will allow a small rotation between the TP12  and the TP4 without force
on the bonding of the TP6. The only force on the TP6 bonding will be the
horizontal in and out movement. This, IMHO, is the only force intended to be
on this TP6. The rotational load of the tailplane is solely on the TP13 pins
and bushes.
