It is

And beg/borrow/steal eighty five clecos to tightly bond the top to the base
with clecos 10cm spaced all round. Luckily I had a friend who had just
finished a Cri Cri (now theres an interesting plane!!) who lent me a BIG
box of clecos to do the job.
