Stall behaviour is dependant on rigging, stall strip adjustment but also
probably C.G. position.

...........and also rate of deceleration and whether you are in balanced flight
or not.  All quoted stall speeds are based on the aircraft being at max gross
weight so empty weight is not a factor.
