Factory support to builders is second to none in my experience ( and I
think I've probably had more than my fair share!). With the factory
in normal operation (ie not running up to big displays), there is
always someone at the end of the phone, spares etc get sent out
virtually same day, and the one time I had to send s'thing back, the
replacement arrived faster than I thought snail mail would allow!

As far as flying goes? next year s'time!

Hope this allays some of your concerns.

     Cheers, Carl Reynaud #159

Hello,

I am a potential builder in Oregon. I have been considering the Europa XS.
My concerns mainly relate to the responsiveness of the company. I have left
2 emails with the florida office and one with the main office in England. I
have had no responses. A phone call to Florida yielded a conversation with
the receptionist who tried to be helpful, but no calls back regarding my
queries. If it is this way now, how will it be after they get my money?

How have other builders found support from the factory? Are they reachable
? Do they call back? Is the advice received helpful?

My hope is that this is an atypical level of support due to introduction of
the XS. Please let me know about your experiences.

Thank You

Sheldon Meshulam
