You can have them re-pressurised by the original supplier, Industrial Gas 
Spring Ltd, 22 Wates Way, Mitcham, Surrey. CR4 4HR. Contact James Godbold

Mine were done in 2 weeks for very little cost but delivery was expensive, 
as you are closer you could consider picking them up after. They were 
recharged to 190N and are fine. By the way they are not pressurised with air 
but nitrogen.

So they come with 200lbs in them, and you just let the pressure out until it 
feels right. If you get it wrong.
Can you re pressurize say using an adaptor  and foot pump maybe get up to 70 
psi, the units pressure screw would need to be the sort that allows
air in and seals and locks.  as well as letting air out.
