You could always add a =98Zero fuel weight and c.g. onto the 
graph. This will show that you do not run out of the c.g. envelope as 
fuel is burnt, unlikely in a Europa but it is good practice to do this.

thanks for the spread sheet. This is the only sensible way to do weight 
and balance. But!
one does need to check it thoroughly when its first written.
The same spreadsheet will work with any airplane. Just change the 
variable parameters and that's it.
Then before every flight fill in the variables like fuel quantity, crew 
weights, baggage  and that's it.

I am hoping to find an example W&B sheet for an XS Trigear.  I know that
each aircraft is different, but I want to see what the approximate 
effect of
a couple of mods would be, including an auxiliary fuel tank behind the
seats.  I would really appreciate any example, preferably with a 914 
engine.
Can anyone help?
