My tank has worked well and the cap is firm when screwed down. Perhaps there
is someone nearby with a cap you could try? At the very least the factory
should send you a new cap to see if that might first fix the problem.

Hello all,
I do not know how many builders are using the monowheel long ranger tank,
but I am surprised not to receive any response on the forum regarding my
previous message below. May be I have got the only bad tank and cap supplied
by the factory! Again the problem is the cap which fits badly to the tank
opening. It is almost like screwing an AN6 nut to an AN5 bolt. Comments and
suggestions welcome.
