It might be worth talking to your local prosecutor. Obviously, they could
never get their hands on him, but it would be nice to know that if he shows
his face in the US, he could go to the cross-bar hotel

There is no question of criminal activity, at least by US standards. Wilson
tried to sell me a FWF kit as late as June. Unfortunately we wannabe
builders in the US are now powerless.
