Hi All,

I made some cable ducts under the door still using balsa wood with a layer
of bid on each side.  I went the complete length of the door sill.  The
balsa was laid up from the bottom of the door sill to the cockpit side and
formed a triangle shape.  It has plenty of room inside and formed quite a
nice cable duct, and being triangular in shape it took minimal room from the
shoulder width area.  In addition it added considerable rigidity to the door
frame.  If you take a look at http://europa363.versadev.com/jul-01.html you
can see a photo that shows the rear section of it.
