Without the benefit of any experience, but I'm wondering about the 
appropriateness
of roll trim for the compensation of a constant weight imbalance.
I would guess that a certain amount of roll trim would give a rolling moment 
that
is proportionate to the square of airspeed.
I would also guess that a constant bias force to the ailerons would give a
constant rolling moment, independent of airspeed, and therefore a better way to
compensate for a constant weight imbalance.
