A potentially excellent idea :-). The only variation I would suggest is
to first canvass those interested to see whether they already use
Instant Messenger software of some sort - certainly in the UK in
business I've found Yahoo IM and MSN IM are far, far more common than
AOL's software. No point burdening 98% of the participants with more
software if they are all using YIM already!
