Dave, 

There are at least two products with "LBA-Zulassung" (OK by the German aviation
authority): one resin is called "Laminierharz L20" with its appropriate 
hardener,
the other is LF / L-285. Both are said to be free of any solvents or fillers.
I can buy it here in Switzerland at a specialised shop, but have no idea
about sources in the UK.

I assume that the epoxy is suitable for the structural requirements of the 
Europa? I will look into this.
