Denis had his made at an L.A. local speed shop, name unknown. Last I talked
to him
(about a year ago) he was trying to get a 3rd party (perhaps Europa) to
market his parts
kit and was therefore not giving out any detailed information. The unit is
air-to-air, and
the real trick is to meet Rotax's flow resistance specifications of
    > 300 m
3/hr ( 176 ft
3/min ) flow and < 15hPa ( 0.22psi ) pressure
loss.
The unit must be of very light construction, particularly if you use an
Airmaster or other
such prop, as the 914 installation is about 40(?) lbs. heavier than the 912
to begin with.
Denis used a Whirlwind, which shaved 15lbs. off the nose and must have
helped W/B immensely.
(Denis' plane is quite heavy, 900lbs+, and has an additional 70(!) lbs. of
leather and sound
insulation in it. Beautiful thing, though...)

He was thinking of Rajay or Rotax price levels, not K-Mart, so may not have
gotten much interest.

Ii can't find intercoolers by that title on Demon Tweeks' website; perhaps
they're only
in their catalog.

Cheers,

Shaun
