Dear Steve,

The rib to aileron close-out is not connected to avoid distorting the close-out
top and bottom flanges, which would make fitting the ailerons difficult.

Although this is not covered in the build manual, you should join the rib to the
aileron close-out with a 2" 'bid' tape immediately before bonding on the tp
skin after fitting the aileron and clamping it in neutral as descibed at page
9-20.

This will be added to the build manuals at the next update.

I too have noticed that the ribs are not connected at the aileron section. If 
anyone
has an answer to why or what to do about it then thanks.
