I had a similar problem with the hinge tang and rear top corner of each door
being 2-3mm proud of the fus. On discussing it with Andy Draper he said they
had the same problem building the last company demonstrator and it was OK to
take the equivalent amount off the tangs where the hinges seat. This simple
manoeuvre produced a snug fit. David Joyce
