Stick with Colin Noakes IMHO. Using car type paints is risky on top of
epoxy, car people tend to use polyester materials which often blister a
year or three down the road due I suspect to osmosis. It is essential to
use a barrier coat. Polyfiber's water based epoxy primer seems to be good,
its certainly nice to work with but has yet to demonstrate long term life,
its not been out there long enough. (I'm using it on my own project, )
