A 1/2 inch long piece of 1/8 inch ID vinyl or urethane tubing slipped over 
the end of the syringe in place of the needle and pressed firmly against the 
surface provides a good seal. Allows injecting epoxy under pressure and 
avoids leakage out the injection hole.  No chance of sticking youself and 
filling a vein with epoxy, either.
