Suitable sizes of scrapers seem scarce in the diy shops, are expensive
and it is all too easy to forget to clean them before they are rendered
unusable. So go to the office supplies shop instead. They have a range
of sizes from A4 downwards in packs of 2 (;-)). They are called bulldog
clips ! . Remove the spring, hone each blade a few times on a sharpening
stone (though they are usually straight enough). Don't throw the spring
away, as reassembled, they come in handy to stop your tabs, ailerons
etc. flapping about before connection.
