Hi Group For most part we have been spot on estimating time it takes or cost of
a Europa task. I have advantage of a pretty sharp partner. Independent of each
other we work on our estimates.
When complete we add estimates together.
Now here's the magic: instead of dividing by two, we multiply by four.
This gives us pretty darn accurate estimate of what it takes to complete half 
the
task at hand!
