Hello Christophe!

You are mostly right but not totally. What I know most Europas are flown
two persons omboard, but...

If you check carefully Original Europa marketing material 1993,
they claimed you can put two baby seats to the back.
I talked a lot about it during 1998 with Europa staff and was inspired
to do so and so I did!

I did not installed any baby seats but safety belts and 4 way intercom.
And so we have flown all family four omboard together say 100 hours from
2007 to 2013.

My Europas back seat is very comfortable for people under 150 cm.

However if you are flexible enough, even a full size but sporty man can
move overseas easily there!
Look how happy Dirk is! (photo taken just before the maiden flight
29.4.2007).

My Europas empty weight is 412 kg and MTOW is 658 kg. That means I can
load 246 kg.
- me 90 kg
- wife 57 kg
- daughter Tuuli (today) 52 kg
- daughter Merete (today) 31 kg
- fuel 16 kg (during take off easily of course more, but when landing
not more than say 20 liters = 1 hour reserve).

Balance: the weight limit for my Europas back seat is 60 kg. That means
it was actually year 2013 when we have flown last time
both girls there. Their weight all together was then 58 kg + light
summer clothes.

After that we have flown couple of times all together both girls on the
right front seat and my wife back.
Honestly that was not so comfortable and now you know why my wife had to
get a flying license and a plane.
I got tired of listening to complaints! Man had to do what man had to
do. And woman also!

I still regularly fly with 5 souls omboard - me, 2 girls + our medium
size dog (37 kg) and our giant cat (9 kg)!

It has been said many times but Europa is a wonderfull touring machine,
also suitable for a small lightweight family!

Now you know - hope this helps!

Cheers,
Raimo
