I want to adjust my Warp Drive for better cruise performance. Am I correct 
in assuming

that the indicated manifold pressure in a static ground run would be the sa
me in the

cruise for the given rpm ?

I had a pitch of 19.5 degrees which gave about 23MP at 75% power.
