I did this mod a couple of years back and used the original CS10 torque tube, 
and
had the europa supplied lugs welded on by a local specialist aircraft welder.
I preferred to keep the original control system as much the same as possible.
Getting the lugs welded on was not the hardest part - its a lot of work to
get the torque tube out, and also very fiddly to connect the new servo rod - 
there
is just so little room to work. 
In answer to your question "I just want to confirm that the Alt. Hold horn is 
exactly
the same orientation as the Stabilator port horn" I'm pretty sure that
the horn is not the same orientation, but the drawings in mod 76 show the 
correct
position. The position is vital - I made a jig to hold it in place so there
was no question of the welder putting it in the wrong place. So good luck!

Europa supply a kit to modify the CS10 by welding the two horns onto the CS10 to
take the pushrod from the servo.
