There was a thread about this about 8 months ago. I had blistering on the tail surfaces of my classic, after fitting covers. I understand that if these get wet, and stay wet, there is every chance of blistering. Glider people apparently know about this, if storing wings in damp suspension slings, where the blistering is in the wing surface matching the suspension areas.
