Europa-List: Finishing instrument panel

Hello 

Im interested to find out what other fellow builders have done to finish of 
there
instrument panels? Have you left it the grey gelcoat or have you painted it
with something or coated it in something else? Im looking for ideas and 
suggestions
to finish mine off, any comments on what you used etc would be appreciated.
