Europa-List: Etch Primers

I am getting close to painting my baby, and looking at paint options and
primers.

Has anyone used an etch primer if so what were the results like, great, ok
..ugly

Looking at the etch primer data sheets they all seem to be epoxy systems,
and most

Say they are ok for use on fiberglass, with the benefit of very good bond to
the few metal bits

On the outside. All feedback good or bad greatly appreciated.
