Hi! Fred.

The No. 6 is the rim diameter which is constant within normal constraints of
manufacturers tolerances. The "600" / "700"/ "800" dimensions are the width
of the tyre. The larger widths need the swinging arm to be appropriately
formed to accommodate them.

Subject: Europa-List: tire sizes & dimensions

I'm wondering if anyone can direct me to a reference which would describe
the dimensional differences between the 600 x 6, 700 x 6, and 800 x 6 tires
for the monowheel.

I've always assumed that the differences in these tires would be variations
in width...but does anyone know if the diameter of these tires (or tyres)
varies as well?

(Checking back in Chap. 29m of the build manual, I had forgotten that it
mentions the 600 x 6 tire, as I can only recall posts which discussed the
relative merits of the 700 & 800.)

Much obliged,

Fred
