This may not be the place to ask, but experience here might be better than elsewhere. My question (following the MG specs sheet regarding neg G) is: I believe the Rotax restriction on the 900 series engines is NO Neg G, yet several have remarked on "jinking" the undercarriage to lock recalcitrant outriggers and similar moves. What is the proper limit? - is an instantaneous neg G manoeuvre a No-no or is there perhaps some leeway ( No inverted flight, etc.)? What thinkest thou sirrah? Cheers Ferg |
